Spring Hair Routine: 5 Steps to Fresh, Healthy Hair

Posted by Crüe Cosmetics on

Spring has arrived, and with it, a desire for renewal and change. It's a great time to clean up your hair routine and give your hair the attention it deserves.

We know that for many women, hair is more than just a pile of fibers on the head. It symbolizes femininity and self-confidence. Beautiful hair can change your mood and have a positive impact on your life.

That's why we've designed a spring hair routine in just a few steps to help you feel fresh and confident for the new season.

Step 1: Cleaning

The first step in our spring routine is cleaning. It may seem obvious, but it's essential to use a shampoo that's right for your hair type. It's also important not to use too hot water to avoid drying out your locks.

The Freÿa Shampoo is an essential to have at home for healthy hair that grows quickly.

Step 2: Nutrition

Once your hair is clean, it's time to nourish it. Use a hair treatment or deep conditioner to give your hair what it needs. However, we invite you to be careful not to overload your locks with products. This would give you the opposite result to the expected one.

Step 3: End care

The points are often the most damaged, because they are older and have undergone more friction. Use a tip treatment to help prevent breakage and keep your hair healthy. Our Gaïa rinsing oil is an excellent moisturizing product to apply after a good shampoo.

You can also consider a haircut to remove split ends and stimulate the growth of healthy new hair.

Step 4: Protection

Protecting the hair is important to avoid damage from UV rays, heat and chemicals. Avoiding heat would be ideal for your hair. However, if you still want to use an iron or blow dryer, use a heat protectant spray before using hot styling tools such as hair irons or the blow dryer.

If you spend a lot of time in the sun, wearing a hat or cap to protect your hair is a great idea… and will definitely give you even more style!

Step 5: Styling

The last step in our spring hair routine is styling. After protecting your hair, you can style it according to your preference. Use a styling tool to create curls, waves or straight hair.

To avoid using heat, but still have style, you can air dry your hair by doing one (or more) braid(s), a bun or using rollers. We invite you to (re)read this blog post to find out the right heat setting for your hair.

And that's it, your "big cleanup" of the hair routine is over! Now you can go out and enjoy the new season with fresh, healthy hair.

Remember to take care of your hair all year round to maintain its health and beauty. We're here to help you take care of yourself and feel confident and beautiful, inside and out.
